1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing services or accessing the website of Rana Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All services provided by Rana Technologies may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan apply. We strictly prohibit the transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any Pakistani or international law. This includes, but is not limited to:

Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
Gambling websites or related software.
Copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Material that promotes terrorism, violence, or anti-state activities.
Phishing scripts, malware, and spamming tools.

Rana Technologies reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found violating this AUP without refund.

3. Billing and Payments

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are made on time. We accept payments via PKR (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer) and standard international methods. Failure to pay renewal fees on time will result in the suspension of web hosting or domain services.

4. Domain Registration Policies

Domain name registrations, including `.pk`, `.com.pk`, and global extensions like `.com`, are strictly non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact details for WHOIS databases in compliance with PKNIC and ICANN rules.

5. Uptime Guarantee

Rana Technologies strives to provide a 99.9% network uptime. However, this guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, client-side errors, malicious attacks (DDoS), or events outside our direct control (Force Majeure).

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Rana Technologies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

Rana Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
